Sending automatic follow-up messages when data is not captured

Data capture messages within you campaign can send automatic reminders to your audience when they provide an answer to data capture messages. By default, these follow-up messages are turned on and will be sent 30 minutes after the data capture message is sent to the user. 

This follow-up message is only sent to those that don't provide a response to the data capture message. It will not be sent to those that provide a response.

To Edit the Follow-Up Message:

1. Click the Edit icon for the message you would like to customize.

2. Select when to send the Follow-up message by selecting the amount of minutes or hours.

3. Click the Customize Follow-up Message field to edit the text. 

4. Click Update & Save


To Turn off the Follow-Up Message:

1. Click the Edit icon for the message you would like to customize.

2. Click the Send a follow-up text message to non-responders toggle to disable it. 

3. Click Update & Save
