Use the full name data message to capture name information from your audience. Keep track of new contacts easily and add some personalization to your messages.
Textiful will automatically parse the response to this message to populate the First Name & Last Name attributes for each contact. Using this data type will use less messaging credits than asking for their first & last names separately.
To capture full names within your campaign:
1. When creating your campaign, click Add Data Capture Message. 
2. Select Full Name.
3. Customize your message.
4. Select when to send the follow-up message and customize your follow-up message.
5. Click Update & Save.
